Flipkart is a reputed online shopping website for indian shoppers. few days back they released a TV advertisement and and put a banner on their website that the Big Billion Day sale is coming on 6th of october. They promised that they will offer a shopping experience like never before. But the truth is way worse than what they said. People are not able to purchase products and the server is crashing down and throwing a 500 internal server error.

Most of the users are saying that the flipkart big billion day deals are fake. and most of the products were out of stock before the offer even displayed on homepage.

Flipkart launched a section called Steal Deals where products were available just at rs. 1or with 99% off but the users were complaining that the products were already out of stock.

My Thoughts: The website which I personally loved most even more than google.com was flipkart(and is). Some factors and some mistakes of flipkart can't get me to unlike Flipkart.com. But I have lost my 100% trust on flipkart. Because if you are creating this type of hype through advertisements in electronic media and print media, you should in real satisfy the customers otherwise people will move ahead to other websites.
